I dont know what to make of Nigel Farage. I am very familar with him through his years as a performer on TV, and the word here is ...performer. He loves the limelight, he loves an audience, and he loves a good anti EU rant. The link there shows him in full dynamic flow while the rest of the guys in the chamber answer their mobile phones, clip their finger nails, gaze into the distance and sigh deeply.

He is the boy who has cried wolf for so long that nobody listens anymore. But he is an entertainer, he gets invited back on TV often because of his engaging and dare one say charismatic aspects. But the tune is old, it's the same old song.

There is no doubt the Euro is in crisis and nobody quite knows how to fix it. Nobel prize winning economists are bewildered in their bafflement as to what route to take. The game is still afoot and the pigeons havent fully come home to roost yet. I am convinced that we need to fix the Euro and its problems and move forward as big players in a world where all the movement is towards the big economies. Big is good, small not so good.
