I was up Kings Cross station this morning, and with an hour to spare, I walked down a nearby road. I came across a small park, with some gravestone`s and tomb`s in it. Naturally I thought of Jeane. (I`ll pop a picture on her other posting).
. Anyway, sat there in deep thought, and all around the area, were office`s, many office`s. New build, mostly empty, all to let. Many other parts of London and the whole country as well, empty office`s. So while towns like ours struggle to get money to build much needed new build in places, how do these countless offices get to be built with no sale or letting at the end of it? Where does that money come from, and being empty, where does any profit come from?
