  We have gone iover this situation many times.
  
  I rarely disagree with my left wing friend howard, but on this issue i differ, and let me explain why;
  
  No agency(police,council, kcc, ) etc are willing to take on this problem.
  
  We see the situation as pictured above that by parking in the road has the affect of stopping the bus service, therefore at this time parking part on the pavenment, whilst not the best solution, allows bus to keep running.
  
  
  before you can open up the back alleys you have to get the agreement of the home owners something that was tried years ago and got no where.
  
  then we need the agencies on board.
