    i like that bit about "you must not park" rather than "it is illegal to park".

    i have never seen a car ticketed here for that reason, some pavement parking is necessary to ensure traffic can get through. i would like to see lines drawn on the pavements to show how far motorists can park leaving room for buggies to get through.

    the junction with belgrave road and folkestone road is one of the worst for pedestrians, it is difficult for one person to get through - no chance for baby buggies and the like.
