Sorry to hear you cannot sleep during the night..I suggest you must have a lot on your mind and it may be wise to return the UKIP Branch money..Then I am sure you will sleep better...Give it a try for a good nights sleep.

I am sure if you google the small claims courts for money owed you can stop boring us with it on here, I find it all rather unpleasant.

As nights falls again I am working on what I will do over the next few hours .
I like music as you know and have some very good dvds to play but at this time I am working on putting all our photos in photo Albums we are on number 3 album at this time it will be good for our young family to look back on in years to come I expect most of you do the same nice to look back on the years gone by time goes by and you are old before you know it.
Talking about Albums at this time smiths have a great offer on all half the cost they were mine cost just £4.99 each and takes 96 15x10cm that is 6x4" but will also take 7x5" ones.

i think that peter is just exercising his dry wit on this one, similar to my repetitious ones about a play area.
just in case people are not aware priory has not had a play area for 11 years now despite much huffing and puffing from the various councils and councillors.

The question is are both situations (as they seem to fall on deaf ears) lost causes.
If I wake up in the night with my brain fully alert I make a hot drink watch the TV for a while then go back to bed. The main thing is not to go have a long sleep during the day, do not sit in a comfortable chair when you think you will nod off. I stay sitting on my comfortable computer chair where I might have forty winks but do not fall into a deep sleep. It is also important to go to bed at the same time as often as possible.

Have you tried herbal teas Vic? They can be an acquired taste, but I like really weak camomile tea in the evening. Hot Vimto or Ribena is a special sweet treat without caffeine, not good for the teeth though.

Mrs Roberts I will anything I will jot down that is my note book and get some next week thank you so much I have been up hours again last night I am ok with it ,the funny thing is I drop off in the chair for about a hour when I get up wake up the cat is always on my lap even in the day time as soon as I sit down he is up on top of me
Lovely cat I brush him about 3times a day and he follows me around all day and he is not even our cat .
He was one that was always left out 24/7 and he just took to us and will not go back home the owners do know we have had him about a year now.
I will let you know how I get on with what you have told me in a few days time.

Apart from the vast selection of herbal teas there is hot chocolate (I love Options Belgian), Bovril also hot lemon or orange squash.
