  Thanks for the recipes, sounds very easy! Will try this later. My neighbour told me yesterday that Gypsy Tart used to be only found in Kent, so it does seem to be a Kent Recipe.
  
  Never had it in Lincolnshire, there my grandma used to make curd cheesecake tarts with raisins in them - used to go to the old Market Hall in Grimsby where the country people brought their produce (spread on cloths on the floor very often, no tables) to buy the curd cheese. So delicious!
