  Here's one where I did obscure the number plate. This lady drove up the precinct to Maison Dieu House, found she couldn't get out and drove back. All the way she was saying "Shoo" and waving pedestrians out of the way in what could only be described as a hoity toity manner. She nearly run over a surprised man by Santander. I obscured the number because there was no-one around that I knew who could verify the incident. As it happens Barry Williams followed on but didn't see the front of the vehicle or the lady's actions.
