Jan, firstly, I've never heard of the Church you refer to.
It is worth looking into, and I will do so one of these days this week.
Without any pre-knowledge of this Celtic Church you came across, I will however take a guess that their term "bishop" also means "bishop", and that does not necessarily mean "head".
Usually, if an ecclesiastic organisation refuses to use the word "father" when referring to priest or bishop, or any other ecclesiastic rank, then it specifically acknowledges only God The Father as "Father".
If they consider themselves all as "brothers and sisters in the Faith", then they specifically keep to the command given by Jesus at the Last Supper.
