Thank you guys for your comments. They are in fact my two eldest grandaughters and yes I am proud of them - a proud Nan
They lost their dad 3years ago and my daughter has had a tough time bringing up three children on her own but I think she has done an excellent job and instilled the values she grew up with into them.
Yes Howard it was my youngest son Paul who was the champion powerlifter. These days he still goes to the gym but with two young children and his job as assistant manager of big Ashford outlet he doesn't get a lot of free time! We still have the photo of him with Paul Watkins when he was presented with an award from DDC in a frame.
