knock out punch gang culture crime .
This is basically a gang thing in America but spreading to the uk
A gang member punches an innocent passing stranger , mostly pensioners and the weak
I can see this one spreading amongst the morons quickly
We need to have stiff sentencing in place to help prevent this type crime happening

we had something similar a few years back here with people taking pictures on their mobile phone of someone they had attacked, thankfully it never caught on in a big way.

Similar problems in Australia although mostly found with drunken revellers. They call it a 'King Hit'. Following the outcry of a young lad who died when his attacker got a light sentence the laws are changing so that attacker may now find themselves locked up for 10 years. Let's hope the UK law makers see the sense in this too.
