  I have to say the postmen and women here are excellent, they really do go above and beyond the call of duty sometimes. Example - I mentioned to our regular postman a few months back that I was waiting for an urgent package. He double checked his bag and said it definitely hadn't arrived yet. He got back to the sorting office and found it had since turned up there so he dropped it round to me on his way home! Having endured the postal service in North London for many years I can say Essex is postal heaven!
