any cricket fan will know that kevin petersen is out of final test tomorrow due to a text message being sent
john terry is still to answer to the FA
last october the EU introduced the bullying and harrassment amendment to workplaces under the respect law
i believe you cannot call a work mate by a nickname and even a fellow worker can complain that he/she did not like it
and the boss has to investigate
so seems the case with the two sportsmen above and a warning for any hard working person
you can have banter but if the tea lady does not like it , trouble is waiting !!!!

he was accused of sending texts to south african cricketers mocking his team mates, which he refused to deny.
he has never been a team player anyway.

KP has now apologised, he obviously realised he is not bigger the the team and he could see a lot of cash going down the pan. Complex character who only has loyalty to his self, personally I would move on now and let him do the same.

the selectors should let him stew in his own juice, we have the best england team that i can remember and the ones waiting in the wings for their chance are of the highest standard.
team spirit would be even stronger without the prima donna.

agree totally brian - we see so many times teams in all sports looking for their star player to do things, when that player is not there everybody else gives that bit extra to make up for it.

I always get the impression Kevin Pietersen has yet to grow up.
As these texts were to fellow South Africans how did they become general knowledge unless one of those 'friends' divulged their content. I must admit I have not followed this story closely on the news, celebrities and their silly antics are usually a no no for me.
