  It's that really does make me angry, everyone should be treated equally, I don't look upon this as a them and us, if a group(English, or whoever) are causing issues such as this house in westbury road then pressure should be put on by all agencies to resolve it.
  
  We need police to do just that, Police.
  I'm still waiting a reply from the police I sent to the inspector/sargent/pcso on the stalker, or person roaming the street at 3am peering in peoples windows,
  they do themselves no justice by not replying
  just stopping this guy once will give the police so much info.
  I hope they take action before a serious incident takes place.
  
  I have no idea which PCSO is for this area as the police notices around the ward are out of date and the ones shown no longer work for the police.
  
  But its not all the police, we need the agencies to step up to mark, like DDC and not fob people off.
  We need the landlord to take responsibility.
  
  So much can be done, with a little bit of co ordinated approach.
