Saturday partying just round corner, same friends or relations, kids running riot again, trying to climb fence into Community Centre, got sticks from somewhere and were fighting in the street how much more do we have to put up with, same group party in Clarendon Street as Howard knows police have been called there also
Where do they find all this money for partying? They don't have to get up for work in the morning.
The other thing is the Council "noise people" who can sit outside house and measure the sound decibels.
