  Yes Howard as you recall I sat round the table with Watkins and walkden and I recall after the meeting R Walkden telling how he thought it was a good morning I said, but there were no results for local residents, the family continued to disrupt the District, how can that be a good morning?
  Typical of a Cllr out of touch!!!
  This was after years of trying to work with the family!
  Every agency a do gooder for the family, none looking at the bigger picture, nor wanting to hear it.
  none local living
  Some had no experience of such families and the way they disrupt community wide.
