  Priory is in desperate of inward investment but sadly property owners in the Clarendons are quite happy to let their houses go to rack and ruin whilst the taxpayer mostly pays the rent. The area as a whole has very little crime and vandalism and as said the Community Centre despite no grants ever coming their way.
  
  I seem to remember their being differences of opinion over the where the play area should be so inevitably the money offered was spent somewhere else. We really need all our Councillors involved on this issue but Labour ones are keeping it to themselves. The Tesco would have not been nearly enough and as Keith says is likely to be withdrawn anyway.
