  If that post had read that all car parkIng near Morrisons was going to start charging with no refunds when shopping would you say the same thing? You would go else where. What other options do the user of Dover Leisure Centre have. Visiting the pool/gym is more of a regular occurance than the supermarket. Would it be fair to make a family, who are already paying to swim, now walk from River because they can't afford to frequently park there anymore? I think you all have not seen the bigger picture here. This is NOT a good move from Dover Council. We are supposed to encourage exercise in or ever increasing sized population. Very well saying go outside but what about the dark winter months?
