    In the time that I have known you Roger, I have never met anyone else who has such an enormous sense of community spirit for Dover. Your patriotic drive and continuing work to bring in more business and pride for Dover is incalculable. Your contributions to Doverforum and the Loyalty scheme and your general all round work as a councillor is of huge benefit to the community. There is nobody as loyal as your goodself. Keep up the good work.
