    The truth surly is that it was overlooked, that no one in the Council gave it a thought that there might, just might be people on a parade which included the elderly that may just want to go to the toilet.

    I know when I was at the Cenotaph in London a couple of years ago you had to leave the parade area to go to the toilet but there were toilets available, so I doubt this had anything to do with security, it was lack of forethought and someone needs to take it on board for future years.

    If they are closed every Sunday then why? people do go out on a Sunday and public toilets should be available.
