    Maybe Jan; I don't know who the buyer was, but with a guide price of £100,000 to £110,000, it was a lot of land and buildings (in very poor condition) for the money and one of the main access points for DTIZ.

    I doubt it was bought by a philanthropist, so it probably was someone hoping to benefit by DTIZ.
