  A meal for a freight driver on P&O in sterling is £4.99p, in euros its 9.12(£6.56). Tax for foreign lorries per day is £10.00p, in euros its 15 euros(£10.80).
  A look around any ferry at goods on offer will see the P&O favorable exchange rate, perhaps their staff should ask to be paid in euros.
