    Actually the title is slightly misleading but its Jerseys equivalent ie free health service at the point of entry. I had 2 hospital appointments on Thursday and both were dealt with by professional polite and prompt service. Another appt on Monday for a bit of leeching (blood letting) it's costing a fortune to keep me alive (why bother I hear you shout - and rightly so ) It's because they care about their work and if we showed the same commitment to the health service as they do fuor us the govt would never consider spending billions on destruction but spend millions on reconstruction of our fragile society. Here endeth the lesson.
