  The undertones of what you post concern me, i fully support free health care, and yes should also look at make sure value for money,
  
  the concern would be tories would say privatisation of parts of the service is fine
  just look at the catering, shambles.
  
  i could give you a number of times i have visited family/friends to see how that didnt work.
  
  we need to be honest and say keep health care hatrd fought for free via the nhs
  yes by all means look at costs
  but im sure barryw(sure he will comment)doesnt want the present nhs and rather dismantle it
  of course in reality we have all those private companies waiting in the wings to come in and rip us off
