Closures of maternity units at Buckland and Canterbury are on the list but I thought A & E at Canterbury had been downgraded.

Buckland maternity was for closure 3 years ago and didn't think there was an A&E at Canterbury as if you have to get taken by an ambulance you looking at Ashford or QEQM as only proper A&E's.

Canterbury became an Emergency Care Centre at least 7 years ago - conveniently left out of the statistics as that was when Labour were in power.

Why would the "Telegraph" do anything to put the Reds in a good light Ray?
