  the whole thing was a bit stange, there was also enclosed a letter addressed to me from mt elphicke(thanks chas).
  
  it enclosed a questionnaire that looked decidedly like a spoof.
  
  example question 2) would you like to see a proper hospital in dover?
  tick yes or no.!!!
  
  question 3) have you ever been a victim of anti-social behaviour?
  tick yes or no.
  
  on the front of the questionnaire there is a description of the man himself stating that he lives in deal!!
  
  he may have a house there, as well as other place/places, but he lives in london s.w.1.
  having checked it is not a cardboard box either.
  
  having said all that, there is a good pic of him on the front(no tie again though).
