  According to the news this morning this will affect PAYE payers not those who self assess, a nice Christmas bonus for the majority but a shock for others.

  Somtimes I get aletter telling me I owe them,then I get aletter afew weeks later saying I do not, that been going on now for the pass two years or more.

  That's funny, Howard, just as I opened this thread, I also opened a letter from Revenue and Customs. I've got £65 to pay NI contribution.
