  every time i switch on the box now someone at the top uses a new word.
  
  a few minutes ago rupert murdoch's lawyer used the word "pugnaciousness" i thought it was pugnacity.
  
  our p.m. has used a few that were new on me, usually with "in" instead of "un" in front of certain words, i suppose that english is a living language.

  Yes Howard, it is a living language despite tabloid journalists and BBC presenters constantly trying to murder it.

  I prefer Gaymers Devon cider, nice and refreshing.

  i can put up with americans changing words to suit them, what i find strange is to hear honourable members in the commons altering words.
  
  the prime minister himself has been guilty of this.
