This is just the sort of thing many computer literate youngsters could do so easily at a fraction of that cost, why on earth did they not get local schools involved with a prize for the winner.
At £14,000 it should be a super-duper, excellent site and a great improvement on what they have now but I will not get my hopes up.

Apparently 4 companies tendered for it but I don't remember seeing the advertisements inviting people to tender.

How about telling us what happened John instead of speaking in riddles, the Town Council seem intent on upsetting townsfolk
and talking down to us all.
You have been a Town councillor for many years but have never given your explanation for the decisions that make Dover look a laughing stock in the national media.
