  Mike I certainly think some of them start later and finish later.
  
  I do not get my mail until lunchtime sometimes around 2.00pm that is in spite of living less than 5 minutes from the sorting office, a real nuisance if I am waiting for something important that requires immediate action.
  
  Stamps go up while service goes down but is not the local postman at fault it is their top managers.
