  Well at least Howard was attempting to be positive. So if you're going to split hairs where do the White Cliffs of Dover Start-and where do they finish? Would bluebirds appear over the White Cliffs of Kingsdown? I'd say that Dover was entitled to claim all the white Cliffs for heritage purposes.
