    Any retail outlet given permission to open at Whitfield, will only be for bulk items, not the smaller items than can be found in Wilkinsons, Comet or PC World.

    We need Town Centre shops - and good qualitry ones too. A stronger ecomomy, thriving shops (not just surviving) and a Town to be proud of, which includes the quality of the buildings too.
