    Bounce (Rather than start a new thread...)

    Walking through town today spotted the following

    a) Bench Street - the old Post Office is being turned into a cycle shop

    b) Market Square - new cafe bar being fitted out

    c) old art shop on Castle St has a planning application outside to turn it into an estate agent

    d) The old Delmaines repair shop opposite the Charlton Centre has just had a new shop front fitted

    e) my sources tell me 1-2 London Road (old MHK plumbers) has been let

    f) there are builders in the old army surplus store and premises above

    this is in addition to the Fancy Dress Shop, the Coughy Shop and Asda

    Who says things are not looking up for Dover
