New scrap metal laws
I went to a scrap yard last week to sell some scrap
The new laws say you have to produce your driving licence and your bank account details so they pay it into your bank account
I can see the reasoning for this with all the metal thefts
I was Talking to a friend today and apparently theirs a big hole in the legislation
If you go to the scrap man and tell him you haven't got an address he can pay you in cash
So if you go out rip the roof of the church go to the scraper with your Mickey I D licence, away you go cash in your pocket
MPs need to give them selves a big pat on the back for that one
