I don't think you have written any facts, just your conclusions from a letter that you say was sent just to you and no-one else has seen.
As Paul has asked earlier, why don't you post the letter for all to see - if it's sent by snail-mail and you don't have the facility to scan and OCR then I'm sure many members, including myself, would be happy to help.
