    Neil, you were supposed to give one answer. In English.
    The DPPT have publicly claimed to represent the Community of Dover and District, and took pat in a Public Consultation which has ended in December 2012 with the Decision Minister's letter.

    I will give you an official statement from the DfT presently, regards DPPT.
    And then another one from the same DfT.

    There's no need to rush this thread, it will be over within days when the whole position of DPPT has been defined through official statements.
    I'll be back tonight with statement N.1.
