    PaulB with all due respect, and also respect for fighting the corner of this particular reign of the DHB.....

    Anything they do at the moment, has to be treated with the superstition.

    They have been landlords of this derilict site for years and years....

    Why now....? It is a sprat to catch the shoal of mackerel ........


    I will say, what is different, about this, we actually are told, albeit after the event, what the present DHB are doing with the land belonging to the people of Dover...
