  #27. My dog is well looked after, thank you for your unsolicited advice. Better in fact than many others I see. He is a retired guide dog for the blind and everything is done to ensure he enjoys his carefree retirement. For ease of understanding, it is Cllr Sansum 's ward that is dreadful. Never seen so much rubbish, litter and Flytipping in all my years. But it seems a number of people have selective sight and walk past it as if it's normal. Even if they don't sort it out themselves, it could be reported and cleaned up by the council. I would not recommend anybody to have a sightseeing walk around there.
