  I am very critical of Neil refusing to step down after bringing such disrepute to our town, I do however think he has had an acceptable tenure as mayor and have no problem with him standing for a second term.
  I would very much like to know what all these projects are though, other than the questionable "Love Dover" I have heard of no others?
