  I feel it should be Neil Rix. He sets an example; work for a living. Precious is most certainly not my choice nor that of many people I speak with. Lots of promises made, very little actual achievement except free drinks, taxi rides and unpaid baby sitters for his children. Most certainly, hackles were raised at Duke of York. One person who wants to wear the expensive chain is the Cllr who disrespected a memorial service. It appears he has never done a job either and wrote :" God created Adam & Eve, not Adam & Steve". Cllr Brivio is very active in her ward and very experienced. But it should not be a case of the select few passing round the chain and the carte blanche to freebies. The Dover people should get a say.
