Not a United fan so not really bothered but, Fergie has been magnificent for United over so many years and I am sure Fergie time for added on minutes will still be around long after he has gone. Moyes would seem an ideal fit for United to carry on the club in a similar way it has been run for so long, he will not devastate the backroom staff and bring in a whole new team as say Mourhino would have. As for the money side of things, yes it will be much more than he is used to but still small in comparison to the big European Teams and Chelsea, they have big debts and the stockmarket to satisfy.
As for Fergie sticking his nose in I just do not see that happening, he would not have taken it and I am sure he would not expect Moyes to.
Be interesting to see how the league shapes up next season, perhaps a lot closer than this year?
