  Affordable /social housing included in Aylesham project also Albert Rd, Deal , Sholden & Preston developments. Whitfield phase 1A includes allocation. Mill Rd , Deal delivered also.

  There are affordable homes which we keep getting told about and then there are the really affordable homes which never seem to get built.

  If I remember correctly there wasn't a single successful applicant in Dover District last year for help to buy and the exisiting social housing in the district has turned into very undesirable places due to lack of maintenance and anti social behaviour.
