    All that is happening is that guidance is being given to British solicitors who get involved with drawing up and executing inheritance claims from those with Islamic Wills.

    There are many nationalities Wills currently being handled by British lawyers which conform to different laws than those that govern our inheritance rules. In Italian law the eldest son in a family inherits the lot and even the surviving spouse has to make a claim for any part of it!

    So this guidance does not mean an acceptance of other countries laws but just enables Solicitors to get involved with their Will problems according to their laws.
