mobile phone users are the worst offenders, i see them all the time doing a right turn into main roads whilst engrossed in conversation.

I was watching someone the other day drinking out of one of those big thermos cup mug things whilst still driving. It was in the morning just on London road just passed Coombe Valley Rd.
I think this is where they should do it from ,all the way along London rd especially school times!

sometimes i see drivers up to the level of that famous episode of mr bean when he was late for a dental appointment.

I believe smoking while driving should be treated in the same way as using a mobile phone, the act of getting a cigarette out lighting it placing in to the mouth using the ash tray and then putting it out when finished have to be a real distraction to the driver.

good idea martin, it would have the knock on effect of stopping people emptying their ashtrays in the gutter.
