More good news but I was told it would happen before 2018 when the DTIZ opens but much sooner in the old Chapter 8 restaurant.

A shame that Chapter 8 closed down, had a few good meals in there, hardly gourmet dining but the food was always good and as much as you wanted,it was cheap and friendly.

'Kaspa's, which describes itself as an "exciting desert house", offers hot and cold deserts to punters.'
Thank goodness KOL haven't let us down and learned to spell. Makes this very dull story marginally less so.
My daughter has been to one and thinks they're overpriced and not very good.
