    Absolute nonsense Alexander - you sound like you don't want anything to happen.

    Burlington House, the multi-storey car-park and the Country Hotel are the stumbling blocks but they are subject to legal proceedings and will work in parallel.

    It will come down as soon as those legal proceedings are sorted out and phase one is completed.

    August/September will see the planning application in and with the planning officers and developers working together, it should be passed by the end of the year and work start early next year on phase 1 on the corner of Woolcomber/Townwall Streets, where the hotel etc. will be.
