  walking through pencester yesterday almost everyone present was imbibing alcoholic beverages, usually the strongest type.
  the police seemed to have sorted our more traditional thirsty people and they have gone somewhere else.

  A policeman, yes I actually saw one, was talking to some men with cans in their hands on the seat opposite the bowling green at about 11.30 this morning.
  
  With the rubbish bins disappearing no wonder the empties end up just being thrown anywhere.

  Or maybe, Howard, Pencester Gardens were the scene of a miracle!! Perhaps rather than building a shopping centre on them we should construct a Lourdes type centre. That would get the visitors in!!
