Just looked at it again - 28 flats plus offices and 4(four) parking spaces, must be a mistake surely?

And 6 storeys? Is it the site of the old cinema/Images?
Would like to think a building that tall wouldn’t be allowed to go ahead.

The old cinema/night club site, I'm trying to visualise how high the proposed development would be in relations to the flats next door.

There's 4 floors on the tallest of the flats and only 2/3 on the better looking buildings the other side.

Nine floors in the Eastern end of the Gateway flats and nobody objected to that. Nobody who is still alive, that is. :devil
