We desperately need a new comedy and that could be it. Drop the Dead Donkey, the former hit from the writers mentioned in the feature above, was one of the best things ever on TV in its day. A real skit on life in the newsroom behind the scenes, the egos, the friction etc. So am looking forward to a hacking one from the same stable. The potential for hilarity is enormous.

I dont know if anyone caught the tongue in cheek one called TWENTY TWELVE..shown quietly on BBC2 wiothout much ado, but was quietly very good and funny, done in mockumentary style about the hopeless team preparing for the Olympics in London. So much of it was so true, to anyone who has ever experienced office life in London.
