  I am surprised they still put them out considering the number of times I have seen people using them for a rest while eating sandwiches or having a cigarette break.

  I have been known to get a little irate when I have seen some families settle down, have a picnic then walk off leaving all the wrappers and cartons on the display.

  You've got to admire the gall of some people, I still can't see 'the Boss' PaulB, settling down to a glass of Pimms and smoked salmon & cream cheese sandwiches outside £stretchers though
