  It's one of two (the other's a single decker) in a special livery to commemorate the centenary of the East Kent Road Car Company.

  According to notices in the bus shelters in Pencester Rd there is a "green structure" giving real times for arrivals but I can't find it..

  howard,go to the green strcture look up at the top on the right hand side,two [2] 20 inch moniters plane to see.if they where bears they would bite you...lol

  'Most of the country' is a little inaccurate. A few large urban areas where the frequency of services can afford such systems is more like it. It requires a substantial investment in the technology needed to operate it, though the cost is coming down. Are you prepared to pay higher fares (or council tax) to have the system?
